Cancellation Policy

By making a reservation at expédition you agree to our reservation & cancellation terms.

By booking you accept that your group will comply with government guidance and cooperate with the management team to observe that guidance at all times. You also accept responsibility for providing contact details to Test & Trace for your group should it be necessary.

All reservations require credit or debit card details to secure your booking. Please be aware we cannot hold a table without this information and no charge is initially made to the card.

Charges will only be made to the card in the event of any no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the seating time.

If there are any cancellations or amendments within 48 hours expédition reserve the right to implement an administration charge of £10.00 per person.

Please Note all cancellations must be made by logging onto our reservations manager at using your booking reference number.

We would also respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. We will only hold your table for 15 minutes after your booking time. Outside of this time frame, the time that you are seated will depend entirely upon table availability.

Any guests who are late will need vacate the table at the original terminal hour recorded on your confirmation.

We allocate 2 hours, from the booked time, at the table to all parties of 7 and under and 2.5 hours to tables of 8 or more. Our maximum table size is 12.
